BRONZE SQUAD (AGE 6 & OVER)
GOLD SWIM FIT SQUAD (AGE 10 & OVER)
For swimmers, lifesavers, water polo players and those keen to maintain a level of swim fitness. Swimmers must be able to swim 1.5km in 45 minutes and have mastered the four strokes and diving.
Frequency: At least 2 sessions/week are recommended
Swim Days & Times:
Monday to Thursday 16h45-17h30
Friday 16h00-16h45
JUNIOR SQUAD (AGE 11 & OVER)
Our junior squad program focuses on swimmers who have good technique over multiple lengths with focus on developing training, competition, and interval training skills.
Frequency: At least 2 sessions/week are recommended should swimmers wish to make progress & keep up with other swimmers in the group
Swim Days & Times:
Monday to Thursday 17h30-18h30
Friday 16h00-17h00
ADULT SQUADS (ALL AGES)
For adult triathletes, open water swimmers, masters and those just keen to swim for fitness, fun & mental health. Sessions are a mix of endurance, speed & technique and suitable for young & older adults who can swim at least 2km in one hour.
Frequency: As often as you like
